The Car City Photo & Listing Standard, shot by shot — like the old TradeRev walkaround. Follow the prompts, take the picture, move to the next. No guessing what comes next.
From the Employee Handbook — Photo & Listing Standard. No exceptions.
Shoot after safety and full detail — never before. A photographed car is a finished car.
Same 19 shots, same order, every car, every time. If a shot doesn’t apply (e.g. no infotainment screen), note it and move on — don’t skip silently.
Shots 1–5 (marked BACKDROP) get the Car City backdrop treatment. Interiors and close-ups are published as shot.
Landscape orientation, car fills the frame, no people, and no readable plates of other customers’ vehicles in the background.
Photograph flaws, don’t hide them.
When the set is complete, mark the Pictures column DONE in the CAR CITY LIST. A unit goes live only with the full set and an approved asking price.
In order. You’ll get each one on its own screen.
Photos stay on this phone during the session. Download them — plus the vehicle data file — on the finish screen, then mark Pictures DONE in the CAR CITY LIST.

Tap Take Photo below — it opens your camera.
The handbook rule: note it, don’t skip silently. One short line is enough — it shows on the finish screen.
Stuck on a shot? Shoot it as it is — condition is the point. Flaws photographed sell cars; flaws hidden come back as complaints.

Everything the website listing needs — check it before you download.
Look over all 19 shots below first. Nothing is published until Jourdan has reviewed and approved the photos — pick the submit that matches where this set is at.
Use this if anyone other than Jourdan took the pictures. The package is flagged PENDING JOURDAN REVIEW — it goes to Jourdan first, and nothing reaches the website until he approves it.
Use this only for sets Jourdan has already reviewed and approved — including sets he shot himself and reviewed on this screen. The package is flagged APPROVED for Muse to finish and upload to the website inventory.
Either submit sends the full package straight to Car City — keep this screen open until it confirms. If the send can’t get through, the package downloads to this phone instead.
Tap a shot to go back and retake it. Download each photo you need.
Starting a new vehicle clears this set from the phone. Make sure you’ve downloaded what you need first.
